Private Party Rentals

Rental Information

Space

The vault is a gaming arena with 16 computer stations, 3 Nintendo switch consoles, a PS5, and an XBox that can accommodate up to 20-25 guests between all systems. 

• Party Room
  • Chairs and tables available to accommodate up to 20 guests
  • Tables for gifts and/or food 
  • Guests are allowed to bring in their own food/desserts/beverages 
    • SHRC has additional options as add-ons

Rate

Rental rates are for a two-hour minimum rental. Cost is $175 for two-hours and includes one goodie bag per guest. 

• An additional hour is available for a $50 add-on fee. 
• Party rentals will be held to a maximum of 3-hours

Availability 

Rentals will be available on Saturdays beginning in April 2023. Mid-week rentals will be available on an approved basis by SHRC staff. Please inquire with Dave at daveh@springhillrec.org for mid-week rentals. 

Cancellations 

SHRC will offer a full refund if a cancellation is requested 48 hours prior to the designated rental time. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the rental time will incur a $75 fee. An option to reschedule an alternative date is possible at the discretion of SHRC staff. 

Rental Add-Ons

• Pop's Waffle Cones - $5 per person 
  • You will receive a special card that can be redeemed for a waffle cone at Pop's Sweet Shop.
