Yoga Fundamentals
- This 6-week Yoga series will focus on some of the most common yoga poses and transitions. This will be a workshop-type class where we will work on mechanics, alignments, and adjustments to gain a better understanding of how these poses fit each individual student. Some topics we will discuss are The Warriors, Downdog to Lunge transition, Triangle, Forward Folds/Hinge, Heart Openers, and Cueing.
- Each class will have a portion of time dedicated to learning, followed by a short yoga class. The topics will build on each other from week to week, but it's not a requirement to make it to all 6 weeks.
